By downloading, installing, or using the PSLE Ace mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
If you are under 13 years old, a parent or guardian must read and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
PSLE Ace is a mobile quiz application designed to help Primary 6 students in Singapore prepare for the PSLE. It is operated by Karl Mumm, a sole trader based in Auckland, New Zealand.
The App is intended for Primary 6 students preparing for the PSLE, and for parents, guardians, and teachers supporting them.
Guest Access: You may use the App without an account. Your progress is saved locally to your device via an anonymous identifier, so it is preserved between sessions on that device, but it is not linked to your name or email address and will not automatically transfer if you switch devices. To access premium features, or to keep your progress safe across devices, you will need to create an account.
Registered Accounts: You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you create an account after using Guest Access, your existing guest progress may be carried over to your new account.
Accounts for Children: If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy on your behalf before the App is used. By tapping "I Agree" on the consent screen, the parent or guardian confirms their consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You must not:
All content in the App — including question text, diagrams, illustrations, the Ace mascot character, the PSLE Ace name and logo, and all software code — is owned by Karl Mumm / PSLE Ace and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Questions in the App are original works inspired by PSLE-style exam content. All diagrams and images are original works created by PSLE Ace. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our written permission.
PSLE Ace is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE), the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board (SEAB), or any school.
The App is free to download and includes a limited amount of daily practice content at no cost. PSLE Ace Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited practice questions and other premium features described in the App.
PSLE Ace is a supplementary study tool and makes no guarantee of any particular exam result. We make every effort to ensure questions and explanations are accurate, but do not warrant that all content is error-free. If you believe a question or answer is incorrect, please contact us at admin@psle-ace.com.
We do not guarantee the App will be available at all times, and may suspend, modify, or discontinue it at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Karl Mumm and PSLE Ace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or SGD $10 if no payments have been made).
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. We are also committed to complying with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) with respect to the personal data of Singapore residents, and with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) with respect to the personal data of children under 13.
